【ポジション】
ドローンビジネス推進メンバー（業務構築・運用業務改善）

ドローン事業や技術の初期開発段階を終え、運用方法の模索、活用地域拡大のためのテスト運用を行っている顧客に対して運用チームの管理、運用改善提案などを担当します。

＜現在のドローン事業について＞
操縦士から目視できる範囲で活用され、生産性向上に寄与しています。今後は2020年を目処に自律運航による活用を目標に技術開発や法整備が進められています。

【具体的な業務】
1. チーム管理
2. リスクマネジメント計画書の作成
3. 飛行プラン計画から申請・報告書作成
4. 機体のメンテナンス、ドローンパイロット業務
5. 企画書や報告書などのドキュメント作成
6. 社内外におけるプロジェクト関係者との調整
7. 運用改善提案業務

【ポジションについて】
・ポジション例として「運用チームの管理業務」「パイロット兼、運用改善業務」の2つがあります。
・顧客先に常駐し、顧客と共に事業開発やサービス開発に従事します。
・自社においても「安全」をキーワードに事業開発を行っているため、客先常駐という立場を活かしてエンドユーザーが必要としていることをいち早く察知し、「社会・顧客・自社」の3つの立場でドローンビジネスを推進いただきます。

【社内研修について】
・JUIDA※認定資格を持っていない場合、入社後研修を受けていただき取得してもらいます。
・ドローンの操縦訓練も入社後に研修を実施します。

【ミッション】
事業コンセプト：Sky Safety「目視外における自律飛行型ドローンの効率的かつ安全な業務利用とその環境づくり」
上記事業コンセプトを実現するために以下の2点に注力します。
1. ドローンの業務利用による生産性向上
例）自律飛行型のドローンを活用することで、業務の自動化や高所作業や危険エリアでの業務のリスクをなくす
2. 社会にドローンが安心して受け入れられるための基盤づくり
例）「安全」を第一にドローンの活用範囲を限定したり、ルールを策定したりする

【やりがい・魅力】
・ドローンはこれから商業利用がスタートします。一部物流などの分野で実証実験がスタートしていますが、物流に限らず多くの分野での活用が検討されています。
・新しい市場で多くの可能性を秘めた分野での就業は、トライ＆エラーの繰り返しで困難もありますが、成長できる機会が多く存在します。

【事業内容】
ヒト・プロセス・テクノロジーの3軸で、企業の課題に対して下記4事業を中心に様々なソリューションを提供しています。

1.コンサルティング事業
業務とヒトに関するコンサルティングの一例として業務構築やBPR支援、RPA（ロボティクスプロセスオートメーション）支援、組織改革やタレントマネジメント導入を推進しています。

1）自社サービス開発
一例として、「POS+（ポスタス）」は外食、理容美容業界向けに国内外に約5万社への導入実績があり、シェア拡大中。
「HITO-Manager」Saas型の募集採用管理システム。大手企業様を中心に150社以上への導入実績があります。

2）プライム外販SI
大手交通機関、グループ企業向けなどをプライムで受託。ITコンサルからシステム構築までを行なっています。

3）グループ向けSI
パーソルキャリアの「an」や「DODA」などの求人サイトから社内基幹システムなどのシステム構築を行なっています。
パーソルホールディングス向けの共通インフラ、基幹システムの開発なども対応。

3.ビジネスエンジニアリング事業
1）ICTアウトソーシング
ネットワーク／サーバーの設計、構築、データセンターの運営など社会の基盤となるICTの分野において業務設計から運用まで戦略的なアウトソーシングサービスを提供しています。
2）エネルギービジネス
電力計エンジニアの高い専門性と業務体制の構築から運用の豊富な経験とノウハウを強みに、今後大きな成長が見込まれる新エネルギービジネスへの参入から運営をサポートしています。

4.セールスマーケティング事業
1）セールスアウトソーシング
顧客創造、関係構築、商談、受注までの一連のプロセスについて、営業アウトソーシングの経験に基づいたフレームワークを活用することで、顧客企業の商材やサービスに依存しない営業活動を支援します。
2）WEBアナリティクス
高い技術力を誇るWEBアナリストによるKPIの設計支援や各種レポートの設計、作成、運用を通じ、近年企業活動の中で重要性を増しているWEBサイト運用においてサイトの目的実現を支援します。

1. 基本的なドキュメントスキル（企画書、申請書、報告書など）をお持ちの方
2. 社内外の関係者との調整経験のある方
3. なにかしらの業務改善の経験のある方
4. 困難な状況でも粘り強くやりぬくことができる方
5. 新しい事業を一緒に盛り上げていこうという気持ちを持っている方

【尚可】
1. チーム管理経験者
2. リスクマネジメント計画書の作成経験者
3. 機体のメンテナンス経験者
4. 実務経験（マニュアル飛行）または、それに準ずる有資格者
5. 航空工学、機械工学、気象学などの関連知識
6. ドローンの関連法案の知識

【待遇条件・昇給賞与】
想定年収：450万円〜750万円
※経験、スキル、職務内容によって考慮します

月給制、賞与：年2回、給与改定：年2回

Job Description

After completing the initial development stage ofthe drone business and technology, I will be in charge of management teammanagement, operational improvement proposals, etc. for customers who are exploringoperational methods and conducting test operations to expand the usearea. 

<About the current drone business> 
It is used within the range that can be seen by the pilot and contributes toproductivity improvement. In the future, technology development and legaldevelopment are being promoted with the goal of utilizing autonomous navigationin 2020. 

[Specific operations] 
1. Team management 
2. Creation of risk management plan 

3. Application and report creation from flight planplan 
4. Aircraft maintenance, drone pilot work 
5. Preparation of documents such as planning documents and reports 
6 Coordination with project stakeholders inside and outside the company 
7. Operation improvement proposal work 

[Positions] 
-There are two examples of positions : management team managementwork and pilot and operation improvement work. 
-Resident at the customer site and engage in business development and servicedevelopment together with the customer. 
・Because we are also developing business with the keyword“safety” at our company, we will quickly detect the need for end users bytaking advantage of our customer resident position, and from the threeviewpoints of “society, customer, and company” Promote drone business. 

[In-house training] 
・ Ifyou do nothave JUIDA * certification, you will receive training after joining thecompany.

[Mission] 
Business concept: Sky Safety “Efficient and safe use of autonomous flying droneoutside the sight and creating its environment” In 
order to realize the above business concept, we will focus on the following twopoints. 
1. Productivity improvement 
example by drone business use ) Utilizing autonomous flight typedrone to eliminate business risk in work automation, high-altitude work anddangerous areas 
2. Acceptance of drone to society 
Example of infrastructure creation ) Limiting the scope of droneusage and formulating rules based on “safety”

・Drones will be commercialized from now on. Demonstrationexperiments have begun in some fields such as logistics, but their use in manyfields is being considered, not limited to logistics.

Expected annual income: 4.5 million yen to 7.5million yen
