【ポジション】
ドローン領域の戦略コンサルタント

ドローン事業や技術の実用化に向けた実証実験を行う顧客に対して、事業開発、技術開発の支援を担当します。

＜現在のドローン事業について＞
操縦士から目視できる範囲で活用され、生産性向上に寄与しています。今後は2020年を目処に自律運航による活用を目標に技術開発や法整備が進められています。

【具体的な業務】
1. 組織管理、プロジェクト管理
2. 損益計算書（PL）チェック
3. 法律関連の書類チェック
4. 企画書や報告書などのドキュメント作成
5. 社内外におけるプロジェクト関係者との調整
6. 実証実験の飛行プラン申請・報告書の作成
7. 機体やシステムなどの要件定義案の作成
8. 商用提供用の既存技術や競合状況の調査

【ポジションについて】
・ポジション例として「顧客内の戦略担当者の補佐業務」「技術開発におけるPMO※業務」の2つがあります。
・顧客先に常駐し、顧客と共に事業開発やサービス開発に従事します。
・同社においても「安全」をキーワードに事業開発を行っているため、客先常駐という立場を活かしてエンドユーザーが必要としていることをいち早く察知し、「社会・顧客・自社」の3つの立場でドローンビジネスを推進いただきます。

【ミッション】
事業コンセプト：Sky Safety「目視外における自律飛行型ドローンの効率的かつ安全な業務利用とその環境づくり」
上記事業コンセプトを実現するために以下の2点に注力します。
1. ドローンの業務利用による生産性向上
例）自律飛行型のドローンを活用することで、業務の自動化や高所作業や危険エリアでの業務のリスクをなくす
2. 社会にドローンが安心して受け入れられるための基盤づくり
例）「安全」を第一にドローンの活用範囲を限定したり、ルールを策定したりする

【やりがい・魅力】
・ドローンはこれから商業利用がスタートします。一部物流などの分野で実証実験がスタートしていますが、物流に限らず多くの分野での活用が検討されています。
・新しい市場で多くの可能性を秘めた分野での就業は、トライ＆エラーの繰り返しで困難もありますが、成長できる機会が多く存在します。

※PMO（Project Management Office）：プロジェクトマネジメントオフィス。組織内における個々のプロジェクトマネジメントの支援を横断的に行う部門や構造システム。


【事業内容】

1.コンサルティング事業
業務とヒトに関するコンサルティングの一例として業務構築やBPR支援、RPA（ロボティクスプロセスオートメーション）支援、組織改革やタレントマネジメント導入を推進しています。

1）自社サービス開発
一例として、「POS+（ポスタス）」は外食、理容美容業界向けに国内外に約5万社への導入実績があり、シェア拡大中。
「HITO-Manager」Saas型の募集採用管理システム。大手企業様を中心に150社以上への導入実績があります。

2）プライム外販SI
大手交通機関、グループ企業向けなどをプライムで受託。ITコンサルからシステム構築までを行なっています。

3）グループ向けSI
パーソルキャリアの「an」や「DODA」などの求人サイトから社内基幹システムなどのシステム構築を行なっています。
パーソルホールディングス向けの共通インフラ、基幹システムの開発なども対応。

3.ビジネスエンジニアリング事業
1）ICTアウトソーシング
ネットワーク／サーバーの設計、構築、データセンターの運営など社会の基盤となるICTの分野において業務設計から運用まで戦略的なアウトソーシングサービスを提供しています。
2）エネルギービジネス
電力計エンジニアの高い専門性と業務体制の構築から運用の豊富な経験とノウハウを強みに、今後大きな成長が見込まれる新エネルギービジネスへの参入から運営をサポートしています。

4.セールスマーケティング事業
1）セールスアウトソーシング
顧客創造、関係構築、商談、受注までの一連のプロセスについて、営業アウトソーシングの経験に基づいたフレームワークを活用することで、顧客企業の商材やサービスに依存しない営業活動を支援します。
2）WEBアナリティクス
高い技術力を誇るWEBアナリストによるKPIの設計支援や各種レポートの設計、作成、運用を通じ、近年企業活動の中で重要性を増しているWEBサイト運用においてサイトの目的実現を支援します。

【必須要件】
下記すべてを満たす方
1. WBS※、課題管理表を０から作成し運用した経験
2. 損益計算書（PL）管理の知識（営業利益まで項目分けできる程度の知識）
3. 顧客向けの企画書や報告書などのドキュメント作成経験
4. 困難な状況でも粘り強くやりぬくことができる方
5. 新しい事業を一緒に盛り上げていこうという気持ちを持っている方

【尚可】
1. プロジェクト運営において、PMOとしてプロジェクトを推進してきた経験
2. 新規事業開発の経験

※WBS（Work Breakdown Structure）：「作業分解構成図」とも呼ばれる。プロジェクトのスケジュール管理に使われるツールの1つで、作業工程を細かな作業（Work）に分解（Breakdown）し、構造化（Structure）することで管理する手法を指す。

【待遇条件・昇給賞与】
想定年収：450万円〜750万円
※経験、スキル、職務内容によって考慮します。

月給制、賞与：年2回、給与改定：年2回

Responsible for business development and technical development support for customers who conduct demonstration experiments for commercialization of drone business and technology. 

<About the current drone business> 

It is used within the range that can be seen by the pilot and contributes to productivity improvement. In the future, technology development and legal development are being promoted with the goal of utilizing autonomous navigation in 2020.

1. Organization management, project management

[Mission] 

Business concept: Sky Safety “Efficient and safe use of autonomous flying drone outside the sight and creating its environment” In order to realize the above business concept, we will focus on the following two points. 

1. Productivity improvement 

example by drone business use:  Utilizing autonomous flight type drone to eliminate business risk in work automation, high-altitude work and dangerous areas 

2. Acceptance of drone to society 

Example of infrastructure creation : Limiting the scope of drone usage and formulating rules based on “safety”

・Drones will be commercialized from now on. Demonstration experiments have begun in some fields such as logistics, but their use in many fields is being considered, not limited to logistics. 

・There are many opportunities to grow in a new market where there are many possibilities, but it may be difficult due to repeated trials and errors. 

PMO (Project Management Office): Project management office. Departments and structural systems that provide cross-sectional support for individual project management within an organization.

Hiring requirements

[Mandatory requirements] 

Those who satisfy all of the following requirements: 

1. WBS , experience of creating and operating a problem management table from 0 

2. Knowledge of income statement (PL) management (knowledge enough to categorize operating profit) 

3. Customer 

4. Document creation experience such as planning documents and reports for people 

4. Those who can persevere even in difficult situations 

5. Those who have a feeling to revitalize a new business together [Preferable] 

6. Project management Experience in promoting projects as a PMO in Japan 

7. Experience in developing new business

Treatment conditions / sales bonus

– Expected annual income: 4.5 million yen to 7.5 million yen 

* Considered according to experience, skills, and job description. 

– Monthly salary, bonus: twice a year, salary revision: twice a year
