Job Description

The department called Marketing PR Department, which I belong to, is in charge of public relations work for group companies such as human resource education service, dining business, opera performance, design calligraphy classroom business, and medical service. 

Please design various media related to these businesses. 

・ Design of bulletin magazines 

・ Various leaflets , posters , product packages 

This is an invisible product that is the main educational service. That’s why designers expressing their charm are tested for their skills. 

Each production is accompanied by a director who is in charge of the director, but we often talk to each other and make design decisions based on the suggestions of the designer. 

You can start your career as a designer and expand your work area, including directors and public relations. Actually, department managers started from video production and expanded their areas of public relations and product development.

Hiring requirements

Those who have creative experience such as Photoshop, In design, Illustrator, etc.

Treatment conditions and salary bonus

* Consider experience. 

■ Salary increase: Twice a year (October, April) 

■ Bonus: Earnings bonus (as of the end of September * 30% company-wide recurring profit has been distributed among employees) 

* Fixed overtime system of 45 hours per month, extra portion paid separately
