Job Description

In product planning for the No. 1 expense settlement system “Rakutaku Settlement”, the number of companies that have been introduced in Japan, we will perform functions related to functional enhancement, cooperation with other services, and cooperation. 

* Easy settlement 

: A system that can streamline the operations of applicants who apply for / settlement of expenses such as transportation expenses, and accounting staff who can transfer to the accounting system and bank transfer of reimbursement expenses.

Hiring requirements

[Mandatory experience] 

・ Requirement compilation and proposal based on customer’s request. 

・Experience following customer operation 

・Experience of value proposal for requirement based on maximization of profits of customer and company 

・ Understanding technical aspects related to products and services 

・Proposal experience based on 

・ Completion of tasks based on negotiations, negotiations and coordination with internal and external stakeholders

・ Back office products, service handling experience 

・ Sales team management experience, sales strategy formulation experience.

Fixed overtime 

pay basic salary: 261,000 yen to 349,000 yen 

Fixed overtime pay: 40,781 yen to 54,531 yen

Additional wages for overtime hours exceeding 20 hours fixed overtime hours: Yes.

Treatment conditions / sales bonus

Regardless of overtime work, 20 hours equivalent is paid as fixed overtime, and the portion exceeding 20 hours is paid in full 

(once a year / May), bonus (twice a year), commuting allowance.

[Number of annual holidays: 120 days] 

2 days a week (Saturday and Sunday), holidays, year-end and New Year holidays (5 days), summer holidays (5 days), paid holidays (varies according to the month of joining, every April Granted 11-20 days), Keio leave, childbirth / childcare / care leave.
