Job Description

We are looking for people who can work together as members of the EC administration secretariat. 


Establish and operate EC (own sites / Rakuten Ichiba / Yahoo shop, etc.) for major companies and provide a one-stop service for EC full outsourcing services. 

For these various services, we aim to expand our business by operating the business in cooperation with other internal departments with specialized skills and building relationships of trust with client companies.

・ At the time of EC construction, we will meet requirements definition and listen to operational work, etc. After operation, we will visit customer companies regularly and report monthly. 

・ Coordinating and leading the sections of EC site operation, logistics, system, contact center, etc. 

・ In the course of operation, you should consider measures such as quality improvement and man-hour reduction. 

・ In the future, you will be responsible for managing the balance and KPI, and adjusting and training members.

Hiring requirements

[Mandatory requirements] 

Those who satisfy all of the following : 

Coordination with customers, negotiation work , Excel skills (basic functions, IF function / SUM function / VLOOKUP function / COUNT function, etc.) 


Sales / Logistics / Order Center And call center work experience

Treatment conditions / sales bonus

Estimated annual salary: 3.5 million yen to 4.8 million yen 

Estimated monthly salary: 202,000 yen for university graduates, 172,000 yen for junior colleges and specialized graduates (2-year system) 176,000 yen (including housing allowance, separately paid for overtime) 

* Annual income is 30 hours / month This is the amount that is assumed when overtime occurs. (No deemed overtime) 

* This is based on the company’s salary rules, but those with experience in the industry will consider it based on experience and achievements. Depending on experience and skills, there is a possibility of being a supervisor. 

Transportation expenses (upper month 50,000 yen)
