Job Description

You will be responsible for sales support for the company’s logistics services. 

1. About customers

 Customers who are opening stores at the Internet shopping mall “Rakuten Ichiba” are customers. 

2. We will propose new use of “Rakuten Super Logistics (RSL)” provided by the company. 

<About Rakuten Super Logistics (RSL)> 

RSL is a logistics outsourcing service for Rakuten store openings. It supports the efficiency of shop operations, including receipt / shipment of goods, storage / inventory management, packing, delivery, customer service, gift handling and returns handling. 

<About the company’s logistics service> 

The company’s logistics service mission is to support the growth of stores in the Rakuten Ichiba store that supports EC (electronic commerce) in Japan. 

In addition to being responsible for the Rakuten Group’s EC logistics such as, providing stores in the Rakuten market with EC logistics functions will increase store sales. Increased profits through improved efficiency. 

3. Sales methods / processes 

Rakuten store openings will make proposals, sales activities and follow-ups for new use of the RSL provided by the company. 

<Specific operations> 

1) Management of new business development (cooperation with EC consultant in Rakuten Ichiba)

2) project work up to acquire hearing of-business requirements , quote creation, quote confirmation negotiations and follow-up from the presentation of-estimates to project acquisition 

4) projects won at the time of contract conclusion 

5) business after the agreement of and new store Coordination with startup and warehouse operations staff 

<About business trips> 

Based on a business trip base, we sometimes visit stores in Japan and branch offices of Rakuten Group on a business trip basis. 

Business trip period per visit: About 1 to 3 days 

<About training> 

About 1 to 2 months after joining the company, we will conduct training to understand the operation in the distribution warehouse.

Hiring requirements


who meet all the following :

 1. ordinary vehicles driver’s license 

2. OA skill of business level (e-mail, extensive use of Excel) 

3. more work experience 5 years of corporate new business development business (regardless of industry) 

[plus ] 

1. Sales experience in 3PL / logistics company 

2. Consulting sales experience in IT industry, trading company, etc.

Treatment conditions / sales bonus

Expected annual income: 4.5 million to 7 million yen 

* Determined according to company regulations, taking into account work experience, skills and skills. 

Bonuses: Twice a year (June / December) * Payment and commuting allowance (according to company regulations)

[Annual holidays: 120 days]
