Job Description

We design and manufacture equipment using heat exchange technology mainly for air conditioners. You will be in charge of the development and design of electricity (sequencer), which is the head of the equipment. Although the number of employees is small, we strive to become a one-of-a-kind company with regard to development technology. In the 11th year since its establishment, the number of employees has increased steadily from 7 to 28 at the time of its establishment, and sales have grown steadily from approximately 80 million yen to 900 million. It is a big attraction that individual abilities and ideas are easy to demonstrate. Annual holidays are 126 days (last year results), which is the same level as large companies

Hiring requirements

More electrical control design experience 3 years of the first kind usually automobile driver’s license.

Treatment conditions and salary bonus

Salary increases once a year Bonus twice a year (summer winter) 2 to 3 months in total

There is a retirement payment system. Retirement age 60. Reemployment up to 65.
