Job Description
You will be responsible for the equipment maintenance of our contracted restaurants that are operating on consignment.
We will judge and give instructions on how to deal with troubles and maintenance work around the restaurant facilities.
Hiring requirements
We are looking for people with knowledge and experience about equipment and long experience in the field.
Treatment conditions / sales bonus
The annual salary at the time of joining the company is calculated based on a monthly salary of 12 months plus an annual bonus of 3.0 months (actual results for the last three years).

【ポジション】設備メンテナンス担当【配属部署】10名（50代男性 2名 40代男性2名、20代男性5名、20代女性1名）業務委託にて営業して頂いている当社の契約先飲食店の設備メンテナンスを担当して頂きます。
飲食店の設備周りのトラブル・保守業務の現場対応の上、対応を判断・指示を行って頂きます。【事業内容】弊社は「飲食店の出店から退店までのワンストップサービス」を目指し、主力である「業務委託型店舗ビジネス」を中心に、新たな形の外食ビジネスを展開しております。
飲食店は景気動向とは関係なく、業態の陳腐化を主因に、年間１０万店以上が出退店しています。「業務委託型店舗ビジネス」は、買い取った店舗をリニューアルし、店舗運営を開業希望者に委託するシステムです。開業希望者の方には、様々な業態のライセンスも併せて提案するなど、より成功に近づくよう、最大限のサポートを行います。
