・ Repair and maintenance of our equipment

・ Installation and installation of our equipment to new customers

・ Periodic maintenance and inspection work

For example, repair check, installation / installation work such as ticket vending machines used in drinking establishments, coin lockers at commercial facilities, exit gates, smoking booths, etc. I want to ask. For example, troubles such as “the ticket machine is full of money” and “smoke separation equipment does not work” or the installation of equipment after the contract We will visit you and ask you what you want to do.

・ Customers request repairs via sales representatives or external partners.

・ Confirm the details of the repair request and visit the customer (on average, about 3 to 4 cases)

・ Problem confirmation and repair will be carried out locally.

・ If repairs are not possible on the spot, arrange parts and visit again
