・ Procurement of funds, operation management business 

・ Group company income and expenditure management business 

・ Financial settlement business 

・ Disclosure business (preparation of financial statements, securities reports, etc.) 

・ Investigation of efficiency improvement of financial business, etc. 

* We are an IFRS company. 

* Because our company has overseas subsidiaries, you can experience consolidated financial statements. 

* In some cases, you may be transferred to an overseas base within a few years after joining the company.

Hiring requirements

(Required) 

　・ Practical experience 5 years or more 

　・ Consolidated accounting experience 5 years or more 

　・ Accounting experience at business company 

　・ Confidential communication skills and negotiation skills 

(if possible) 

・ US CPA qualification 

・Persons with experience in English accounting 

・ TOEIC 700 points or more 

・ Persons with management experience

・グループ会社収支管理業務
・決算業務
・開示業務 （短信・有価証券報告書作成等）
・財務業務効率化検討など

※弊社には海外子会社あるため、連結決算業務が経験出来ます。
※場合によっては入社後数年で海外拠点への出向の可能性もあります。

　・実務経験5年以上
　・連結決算実務経験5年以上
　・事業会社での経理業務経験
