同社の化粧品ブランド「INNISFREE（イニスフリー）」の社員教育を担当するポジションです。

【具体的な業務内容】
1. クラスルームトレーニングをメインに店長やスタッフのサービス力・接客スキルの向上に向けた教育・研修の企画立案、運営
2. 店頭でのOJTトレーニング
3.HQ関連部署と連携して教育マニュアルを翻訳し、日本向け教材を作成
4. 差別化および効率化に向けたトレーニングプログラムの開発
5. 教育予算およびスケジュール、ツールの管理
6. トレーニングアドミニストレーション業務
7. 各種イベント実施の際の支援業務
※30代前半のトレーナーと一緒に業務を遂行していただきます
※月に1回程度出張あり

1. 化粧品ブランドでの以下の経験
・ビューティーアドバイザー経験及びトレーナー経験（トレーナー経験は1年以上）
・クラスルームトレーニング経験
2. PCスキル（Word・Excel・PowerPoint など）
3. 英語スキル（翻訳機などを利用しながら、英語の教育資料を日本語に翻訳できるレベルの読み書きスキル）

【待遇条件・昇給賞与】
※入社時想定年収や月給、基本給などはあくまでも目安の金額であり、選考を通じて上下する可能性があります。予めご了承下さい。

基本給：400〜550万円
賞与：基本給の10〜12.5%程度
想定年収：450〜650万円
退職金：入社3年以上で支給対象
※給与には、月20時間相当の固定残業代を給与に含む（事前申請により20時間を超えたものは支給）

基本給400万円：月47,000円程度
基本給550万円：月64,625円程度 を給与に含む。

Job Description

I am in charge of employee education for the company’s cosmetic brand “INNISFREE”.

1. Planning and operation of education / training to improve the service and customer service skills of store managers and staff, mainly class room training 

2. OJT training at stores. 

3. Collaboration with HQ related departments To create educational materials for Japan. 

4. Development of training programs for differentiation and efficiency. 

5. Management of educational budgets, schedules and tools. 

6. Training administration operations. 

7. Various events support services of. 

※ along with the 30s the first half of the trainers will be asked to conduct business.
