You will be involved in product strategy planning and operation management for the company’s natural cosmetic brand “INNISFREE”.
1. Product / category strategy planning/ Analysis of the Japanese market/ Annual and monthly launch products, selection of strengthened products and promotional products/ Marketing calendar creation/ execution / Japan market for the above products Product strategy planning (product concept, product name, price, target selection, etc.).
2. Preparation for new product introduction, coordination with HQ global marketing team staff and related departments, product master registration, legal label creation & proofreading, sales promotion Operations such as production check, translation supervision of products and training materials, set-up request, etc.
3. Product portfolio management/ release, selection of discontinued products, product list update
4. Coordination of arrival / shipment, products and limited sets , sample handling communication with logistics and in-house departments, adjusted.
It is a local subsidiary of, a cosmetics manufacturer with a history of over 70 years in Korea, 12th in the world and 40% share in Korea. Founded in 2005, this year marks the 15th year. High-quality products developed at the home country research laboratory with a system of about 500 people are deployed in directly managed stores such as roadside stores, fashion buildings, station buildings, and e-commerce. The company’s mission is to provide new beauty value to Japanese customers.
Those who satisfy all of the following requirements:
1. At least 2 years of experience in cosmetic brands.
2. English skills (business level and above).
Korean skills (read and write level and above).
TREATMENT CONDITIONS AND SALARY BONUS
Bonus: About 10 to 12.5% of the basic salary

Commuting allowance, social insurance, retirement allowance (subject to payment after 3 years of employment), premium Friday system.
One or two interviews
* There will be three interviewers:President, BGM (General Manager), and Human Resources.
[Annual Holidays: 120 days]
