Job Description

Starting with grasping the figures of the entire company

Understanding management plans , non-consolidated, consolidated business plans, 

confirmation of progress of business plans and medium-term management plans 

, analysis of other companies in the same industry 

, response to ESG 

, M & A reviews 

, management of group companies 

, preparation of disclosure documents such as 

● IR 

creation of and investors briefing material 

support to investors in the – joint Seminar
