Job Description

We will entrust you with the overall product development work of your service and the accompanying BizDev work! 

We will continue to develop new products. 

[Business description] 

・ Planning and design of new functions of products. 

・ Implementation and development of new functions of products. 

・ Introduction of new technologies and examination and investigation of archi- design.

・Analysis of product data.

・ Operation. 

You have authority over the role, introduced OKR and 1on1, and valued the culture of transparency so that anyone can access numerical information such as PL and BS. The engineer organization now has about eight people, and we will continue to develop new products. 

In parallel with development, we are also focusing on further speeding up team development, such as developing style guides, coding rules, and building design systems. 

If you are aiming for a full stack, I think you can propose the best environment. 

Depending on your thoughts, we can also prepare positions for lead engineers involved in team building.

Hiring requirements


  • Those who have strong thinking on the business side (interest in the real estate area) ・ Practical experience using one of React.js, Vue.js, Angular.js. 
  • State management libraries such as Redux, MobX Practical experience used. 


UI / UX design experience 

  • AB test / analysis tool operation experience 
  • Experience improved based on figures 
  • Full stack engineering experience such as backend 


  • Language- TypeScript / PostCSS / HTML5.2 / Node.js / PHP7, framework, etc.-React.js / Redux / webpack / CakePHP 3.5. 
  • Infrastructure-Linux / AWS (EC2, RDS (Aurora, MySQL), S3, SES, Elasticsearch, CloudFront, OpsWorks, Lambda, APIm /Gateway) / Firebase (Firestore, Cloud Functions). 
  • Development environment-Docker / npm / Yarn / Prettier / TSLint (ESLint migration planned) / stylelint. 
  • PJ management tool-Jira Software. 
  • Other tools- Slack / esa / GitHub / Sketch.
