1. One year of customer support experience (no industry requirement ).

Treatment conditions and salary bonus

Estimated annual income: 3 million to 5 million yen 
* Determined according to company standards based on the balance of previous year’s income and experience. 
The above annual income includes the estimated overtime allowance for 45 hours per month. 
・ It does not require 45 hours overtime. 
・ A separate allowance will be provided for overtime over 45 hours, late-night overtime, and holiday work. 
・ Even if overtime is less than 45 hours, the full overtime estimate will be paid. 
* Not applicable to managers and discretionary workers. 

[Salary breakdown] 
Monthly salary: 250,000 yen to 416,667 yen. 
Basic salary: 184,918 yen to 308,273 yen Expected extra. 

Time (for 45 hours): 65,082 yen to 108,394 yen.
