Job Description

Belonging to our product sales team, you will be responsible for the promotion of souvenir products such as “Ichiran Ramen”. Specifically, we will prepare, execute, and confirm the plan, mainly with proposals for sales promotion. In addition, marketing analysis and measurement of the effectiveness of opinion surveys through questionnaires are part of the business. I am also in charge of planning promotion regarding the brushing up of presentations and appeals, and the development and sale of merchandise novelty and other products. After joining the company, we plan to conduct an introductory training for about one week to understand the company. In some cases, store training for about two weeks to one month may be held. After that, I will be assigned to the recruiting department, and basically I will conduct training at OJT. 

■ Assigned to the organization’s product sales development team. We plan to conduct a wide range of operations as the main force of planning and promotion when we are used to the duties after the training period. The product development and planning department is composed of seven members as a whole, with one leader in charge of the entire project. 

■ Characteristics of Ichiran A 

Fukuoka-born company that develops its own unique ramen shop nationwide. The biggest feature is the taste style counter (patented), which is a unique style. A new style of “ramen store with partitions” is spreading awareness. In addition, we don’t offer side menus such as gyoza and fried rice, and we only compete with one tonkotsu ramen.

Treatment conditions / sales bonus

・ Bonus 3 times a year (about 6 months a year last year)
