※接客対応や調理指導の際のマネージャー専用制服有り

一蘭のファンを増やすことが最大のミッション。
お客様はもちろん、店舗に関わる全ての方々から愛されるお店づくりが大切と考えています。

＜具体的な仕事内容＞
・売上目標、予測設定に基づいた食材、備品、人員マネジメント
・店舗時間帯責任者へのＯＪＴ・ＯＦＴ
・店舗スタッフへの伝達回覧
・設備類メンテナンス対応の調整
・取材対応時の立会い、内容に応じて出演
・店舗看板の管理
・各部門からのの店舗依頼対応

＜教育制度＞
1週間本社研修後（本社研修と店舗研修）、各地区店舗でのOJT。
基本的な店舗業務研修（接客・調理・衛生・マナー研修）⇒店舗責任者研修⇒店長研修の流れです。
6ヶ月～１年程度で店長として店舗を任せます。

【待遇条件・昇給賞与】
■月給例／福岡地区：月給23.5万円以上（大卒の場合）
・賞与年３回（昨年実績年間６ヶ月分程度）
・昇給年１回（4000円～10000円）

・交通費支給（5万円迄／月）
・家族手当（配偶者１万円、22歳以下の子１人2.5万円）

Job Description

Basically work in suit style. 

* There is a manager uniform for customer service and cooking instruction. 

[Mission]

The biggest mission is to increase the number of fans in Ichiran. 

We believe it is important to create a store that is loved not only by customers but also by everyone involved in the store. 

[Details of work]

・ Food, equipment, personnel management based on sales targets and forecast settings 

・ OJT / OFT to store time zone manager ・

Communication circulation to store staff 

・ Adjustment for equipment maintenance support 

and coverage Attendance of time, appearance according to the contents, 

management of store signage , response to 

store requests from each department 

[Education system]

After one week of head office training (head office training and store training), OJT at each district store. 

Basic store training (customer service, cooking, hygiene, manners training) ⇒ store manager training ⇒ store manager training. 

Leave the store as the store manager in about 6 months to 1 year.

Treatment conditions / sales bonus

■ Monthly salary / Fukuoka area: ¥ 235,000 or more per month (for university graduates) 

・ Bonus three times a year (about 6 months a year last year) 

・ Raise once a year (4000 to 10,000 yen) 

・ Social insurance (health / Employees’ pension, employment, work-related accidents)

Selection process

After selection of documents, 

primary selection (interview): Personnel representative 

Secondary selection (interview): Personnel representative, district manager, group leader 

Interview place is basically Tokyo or Fukuoka headquarters.
