【正社員】コンサルタント（プロフェッショナル）

①営業コンサルティング
新規営業のシーンで顧客の本質的な課題を明確にし、Why LEGGENDAを打ち出しProposalしていただきます。

②BPRコンサルティング
顧客ニーズや課題を元に、顧客内の既存の業務内容や業務フロー、組織の構造、ルールなどを根本的に見直し、提案、再設計していただきます。

③人事システム導入コンサルティング
BPOサービスを新規導入する顧客にシステムインフラである人事システム（EHR）を導入し、EHRでの業務プロセスを意識したBPOサービスの導入をおこなっていただきます。

④コンサルティング事業立ち上げ
事業・サービスを立ち上げる、市場に訴求する。メソドロジーを確立する。
ジュニア層を育成し、底上げする。などこれら業務に携わっていただきます。

人事系アウトソーシングのパイオニアとして従来にない戦略的アウトソーシングを提供。現在は「人事の総合ソリューションパートナー」としてより価値の高いサービスを提供しています。

(1)採用活動に関するコンサルティングと採用実務全般についてのソリューション提供、運営　
(2)システム化・アウトソーシング化を前提とした人事業務の再構築コンサルティング　
(3)勤怠・給与・社保・人事制度支援・人事情報管理、評価、サーベイなど、人事業務全般を網羅するクラウド型人事システム【EHR】の提供　
(4)人事制度の構築・人材の価値判断・組織活性化策の提供

【募集背景】

・大卒以上
・（領域問わず）法人顧客に向けたコンサルティング経験５年以上
・PCスキル/事務処理スキル（特にExcelで関数等を利用した業務経験）
※人事、労務における知識の有無、または業務経験は基本不問

【待遇条件・昇給賞与】
※想定年収　600万～800万
※経験・能力を考慮し、当社規定により決定します。昇給は、年2回の人事考課によって決定します。
※月45時間までは超過勤務見込手当として一律支給いたします。
※45時間を超える超過勤務手当および深夜勤務手当は全額支給します。
※管理職ポジションでの雇用となった場合は、管理職手当を支給します（超過勤務手当は対象外となります）。
※試用期間中（3ヶ月）も条件変更ありません。

Job Description

(1) Sales consulting 

Clarify the customer’s essential issues in the scene of new sales and launch a proposal for “Why LEGGENDA”. 

(2) BPR Consulting Based on 

customer needs and issues, we will fundamentally review, propose, and redesign existing business content, business flow, organizational structure and rules within the customer. 

(3) Personnel system introduction consulting 

Customers who newly introduce BPO services will introduce the personnel system (EHR), which is the system infrastructure, and will introduce BPO services that are conscious of the business process at EHR. 

(4) Launch consulting business 

/ services, appeal to the market. Establish a methodology. 

Raise and raise junior demographics. You will be involved in these tasks.

Hiring requirements

・ University graduates or more 

・ Consulting experience for corporate customers (regardless of field) 5 years or more 

・ PC skills / office work skills (especially work experience using functions etc. in Excel) 

* Knowledge in personnel or labor, or work experience Is basic

Treatment conditions and salary bonus

* Estimated annual income 6 million to 8 million 

* Determined according to the Company’s regulations in consideration of experience and ability. The salary increase is determined by personnel review twice a year. 

* Up to 45 hours a month, the allowance will be paid uniformly as an overtime allowance. 

* Overtime allowance and late night allowance exceeding 45 hours will be paid in full. 

* If you are hired in a managerial position, you will be paid a managerial allowance (excluding overtime allowance). 

* There is no change in conditions during the trial period (3 months).
