In the career recruiting area of ​​corporate customers, he will be in charge of mid-career recruitment as a recruiter (personnel) and contribute to the realization of successful client recruitment.

[Case]

-Automakers: Hiring 

and auditing firms of several hundred people a year, from planners to engineers : Strategy Employment of 50 IT engineers with the launch of a subsidiary 

・ Major IT companies: Mid-career BPR * Consulting, hiring 100 employees annually 

Currently, there are many major manufacturers and IT customers, but in the future, other companies We will continue to expand. In addition, we aim to expand services that support the use of human resources by customers, such as top-level recruitment BPR consulting and support for retention after recruitment. 


* BPR (Business Process Reengineering): Reviewing and redesigning the business flow for the purpose of optimizing the business flow 


[How to proceed with work ]

Teams are set up for each corporate customer. 

Members: Project Manager (PM / Planning Promotion), Recruiter (Planning Execution), Coordinator (Selection Operation) 

[Responsibility]

Comprehensive support for recruitment: Various channels, not just products, for recruiting issues of corporate customers , You can acquire knowledge to solve problems while promoting collaboration with stakeholders. 

・ Development into comprehensive proposals: By deeply entering customers, you can catch a variety of issues related to human resources, not just recruitment. There is also an opportunity to connect to comprehensive proposals including the Persol Group. 

・ Project planning and management ability: By planning and executing optimal staffing, channel selection, and income and expenditure management in accordance with problem solving, you can acquire the skills to manage projects while developing a sense of business management. 


[Career path] 

In the medium term, you can also aim for sales management and planning positions.


Treatment conditions / sales bonus

Estimated annual income: 4.4 million yen to 6.9 million yen 

* Annual income is an amount that stipulates overtime pay for 40 hours. 


Monthly income: 226,000 yen to 350,000 yen 

* Overtime work allowance: Separately paid for the above monthly income. 


Monthly salary system, salary increase / promotion: Scheduled twice a year, Bonus payment: Twice a year (June / December), Incentive system (depending on performance)
