Job Description

I will be in charge of general affairs at the Rakuten Fulfillment Center, which is gradually expanding its base. As candidates for general affairs team leaders, we will carry out various types of management / coordination tasks in order to ensure smooth operation of the center and the handling of general affairs within the Rakuten Group. 


facilities and equipment management, office layout construction 

safety and health activities within the facility and shareholders’ general meeting, legal matters, ISMS, corresponding compliance, etc. , company event, event management support of various Affairs general affairs projects in the Rakuten group 


After joining the company, we will conduct operation training to help you understand the operations in the warehouse.

The company is responsible for the EC logistics of the Rakuten Group, such as “Rakuten Books , as well as the receipt, shipment, storage and storage of products at stores opening in the Rakuten market. We offer “Rakuten Super Logistics (RSL)” which includes inventory management, packaging, delivery, customer service, gift handling and returns handling. 

The company’s logistics service mission is to support the growth of stores that open stores in Rakuten Ichiba, which supports Japan’s EC (electronic commerce). By providing EC logistics functions, we will increase profits through increased store sales and efficiency. 

Hiring requirements

・ Those who have more than 3 years of work experience in the general affairs department 

・ Business-level OA skills (e-mail, Excel function use, etc.)

・ Logistics center 

・Persons with work experience at workplaces in factories , Excel operations, tool creation and operation for improving work efficiency such as pivoting and macros, and safety manager or class A fire prevention manager qualifications

Treatment conditions / sales bonus

Estimated annual income: 4 to 6 million yen 

* Determined according to company regulations, taking into account work experience, ability and skills.
