Job Description

General Affairs 

Co., Ltd., which supports the development of the company from a broadperspective, is aiming to become a stronger corporate group by realizingthe 2030 group vision of global sales of 100 billion yen in 2030. To thatend, we will support the management team and strengthen the general affairsfunctions that support stable development. 

The general managers who are recruiting this time will be entrusted withvarious tasks depending on their experience. 
In addition to operations such as planning and management of the board ofdirectors, gathering of proposals, IR operations and dealings with generalshareholders’ meetings, support for future appointment of officers, gatheringinformation on candidates for outside directors and outside corporate auditors,examining personnel, and remuneration for officers Examination and proposal ofideal way, social media risk management such as SNS, response to revision ofcompany law and proactive legal response, etc …. The level of general affairsfunction by flexibly thinking and acting together with management in eachinternal and external issue I want you to try to improve. 

In general affairs, it is necessary to support management by thinking from abroad perspective, such as the movement of the world, rather thanwaiting. It is also a great opportunity to grow with the company bypushing forward with the development of the company in the immediate vicinityof management and taking various measures to ensure stable survival over the mediumto long term.

■ Main duties 
Information gathering for management issues and examinationof solutions 
Gathering information on future board of directors 
Proposal on thecomposition of the board and its balance 

Planning and smooth management at the board of directorsand general meeting of shareholders 
Adjusting opinions of internal and external directors 
Proactive legal response (including preventive measures) 
Company law and various legal revisions
Depending on your experiencewith IR operations and financial results briefings, you should firstlearn specific practices, then exchange opinions with the management team andwork on management planning tasks to solve mid- to long-term management anddevelopment issues I hope you can work on it.


TREATMENT CONDITIONS / SALES BONUS
Annual income: 
5.5 million yen / 3 years since joining the company (35 years old) / monthlysalary of 410,000 yen + bonus twice a year + various benefits 
6.5 million yen / 6 years after joining the company (42 years old) / monthlysalary of 480,000 yen + bonus twice a year + Various allowance 

raises: 
Bonuses based on quarterly evaluation system : paid twice a year(July / December) 
Transportation expenses provision, car commuting available (free parking available,gasoline charges provision)

SELECTION PROCESS
Document selection-> primary interview->aptitude 
test- > secondary interview (executive interview)-> finaloffer * A separate subject test may be conducted during the secondaryinterview.


HOLIDAY

 Annual holiday 113 days * Monday 

9-10 days 2 days a week * Adjusted mainly on Saturdays and Sundays.
