Job Description

You will be the general manager of the Facility Management Division. Taking into account your past experience, you will be entrusted with the organizational management of one of the following areas.

1.Domestic and overseas office strategy formulation, research, property selection, contract negotiation, project management in general and support operations 

2.Office admission management / operation operations, mail center operation operations, fire fighting / disaster prevention related operations, Equipment /facility repair-related management 

3.Facility management / operation (furniture / seat / layout management,construction arrangements, etc.) 

4.General affairs support at branch offices and group companies 

5.Stock / commercial registration related, representative seal / contract related Management, management and operation of general affairs-related rules 

6.Planning and operation support for each welfare facility and service 

7.Planning and implementation of company-wide events and employee communication promotion measures 

8.Important shareholders meetings, board meetings, morning meetings, etc.conference business operations
