Job Description

You will be responsible for our general affairs affairs! 

The main responsibility is to have the current personnel system, regulations, and general affairs work built, revised, and operated according to the company’s growth stage.

◆ Planning and operation of personnel system and evaluation system. 

◆ Planning and operation of retention measures. 

◆ Education / training planning and execution (mainly management education). 

◆ Planning and operation of welfare measures.

Hiring requirements

Personnel and general affairs work experience, management experience in a company of 500-1000 people 

[Mandatory skills] 

Labor Standards Law and other personnel-related legal knowledge Knowledge of personnel system and evaluation system and construction skills, knowledge of human resource development. These quantitative analysis capabilities, task formation capabilities, execution capabilities, etc., business mind, communication skills, etc. 


・ Personnel and general affairs operations in IT companies, managerial experience.

Annual salary system, salary increase: Once a year (May), commuting allowance
