Job Description

You will be responsible for creating a new or in-service game title as a hit title. You will also plan your own projects, work with partner companies to promote your business, and leave the management of team members to you.

1. Business plan and sales target management, policy formulation, annual schedule management, etc. 

2. Planning and direction of in-game planning (events, systems, measures) necessary for launching new titles 

3. Analyze to improve management titles, plan and direct in-game planning (events, systems, measures) 

4. Negotiate with development company (partner company) 

5. In-team tasks, progress management, operational efficiency of

Treatment conditions / sales bonus

Expected annual income: 5 to 8 million yen * The salary is determined based on experience and ability.
