Job Description

 

“You will be in charge of career advisor (CA) services. We will support career change for doctors, nurses, and pharmacists in the medical industry who are registered with the company’s services.

Since the establishment of the company in 1979, we have supported “doctor’s career design” and “stable recruitment of hospitals”. Since 2009, we have been developing services that can be used in many medical industries, such as “Nurseful”, which helps nurses to change jobs and hires, and “Rikunavi pharmacist,” who supports pharmacists, from 2011.

 

<Recruit Doctors Career> 

This is a doctor introduction business with over 30 years of experience and know-how since its establishment. We provide job / workplace information to support career change, career change, work-life balance, etc. We provide medical institutions with support for realizing stable doctor recruitment.

<Nurseful> 

This is a nurse introduction business that started service in 2009. We provide work and workplace information that suits the lifestyle and life stage of each nurse.

想定年収：442万円～616万円
※賞与2回、月58時間の固定残業代含む
