Job Description

Respond to inquiries (Japanese / English) from users of online payment services operated by overseas startups and be involved in overall project promotion work.

Inquiries are in Japanese, mainly by email and chat, and we will continue to respond by phone in the future, aiming for total support.
Participate in a project to expand the payment service of a unicorn company that continues to progress in the world in Japan.

[Requirements]
・Japanese: Native level/ N1
・English: Native level/ TOEIC 800+
・Basic PC skills, IT literacy(Touch typing/Business emails/Excel/PowerPoint/Word/Chat communication: Slack, Skype, etc.)

[Salary]
・Annual salary : 3 million yen to 4.5 million yen
・Monthly salary: 250,000 yen to 375,000 yen
