Job Description

You will be responsible for the system inthe introduction and deployment of the global personnel database recommended bythe company. We will promote the stable operation of system introduction commonthroughout the entire world and the promotion and strengthening of theoperation system. 



1.HR system of stable operation 

dothe day-to-day system operation 

2.problems identified and suggestions for improvement – resolution 

willstrive to strengthen and improve the function expansion and operationalsystem 

3.operation with overseas Group companies 

4.Coordination related to personnel, organization, etc. 

5.Construction and improvement of business flow etc.




Determinedbased on experience and ability. 

Salaryrevision: Twice a year (June / December), performance bonus: Twice a year (June/ December * paid based on company and individual achievements, apportionedaccording to the time of joining)
