Job Description

You will be responsible for managing group-wide rules in the governance area, risk management / compliance area,risk management, corporate ethics, and system design / operation related to compliance with various laws and regulations. We carry out in cooperation within-house corporate departments (legal affairs, accounting, etc.), business managers, and group companies.

Executes in the process of investigation / planning, consensus building, hypothesis verification, full-scale implementation, result verification together with members and related departments.

[Governance]

1.Management of general meeting of shareholders (preparation of business reports and convocation notices) 

2.Corporate governance (reflecting the governance code), corporate ethics, and system design and management for compliance with various laws 

3.Group -wide rule management (rule establishment and revision management) ,well-known thorough, etc.) the design of the rules of easy to understand than-representation involvement in the effective and efficient business process improvement than-rules,design and operation of training programs on risk 

4.group company management (company law compliance support, etc.)
