Job Description

1.Recruitment consulting using the main mission “Cloud Agent”. 

・Lead acquisition (Introduction from partners such as regional banks and inquiries from inquiries account for more than 90%). 

・Business visits and contracts Conclusion (cloud agent proposal / recruitment and interview of organizational issues) / recruitment consulting.

1. (information provision, target setting, requirement definition, job creation),  follow-up when recruitment release / selection progresses for agents, for attracting customers Planning / implementation of information sessions, negotiations for adjustment of recruitment guidelines, recruitment  consulting. 

2. (change of employment requirements after effect measurement and re-suggestion of additional measures, etc.)  , follow-up after recruitment decision.

Hiring requirements
