Job Description

・ Strategy and tactics planning and execution for media growth. 

・Market / competition survey aimed at growth of responsible LPs. 

・ Media growth plan analysis.

・ Planning, planning and execution. 

・ PDCA and KPI for media growth setting and management and progress management, resource management, task management. 

• LP planning, suggestions for improvement , data analysis (by tool use) client negotiation team members and coordination of and new entrants genres and new business potential research, etc.

Hiring requirements

[Required Skills] 

■ Three or more times of strategy formulation experience in web-based companies. 

■ Three or more times of policy planning experience in web-based companies.

Treatment conditions / sales bonus

Monthly salary system, salary revision once a year, performance-linked bonus (twice a year), trial period of 3 months (same treatment during the period), commuting transportation expenses (paid based on company regulations), fixed overtime equivalent of 45 hours of deemed overtime As a salary, the monthly salary is 60,000 yen. (If overtime, additional overtime fee will be paid).
