Job Description

You will be the general manager or executive manager (department manager) of the sales management department that supports part-time job change or full-time employment support / recruitment support. The scale of the unit in charge is about 30 to 70 people.

1. Sales strategy planning (structural design) of the sales management department 

2. Organizational management 

3. Cooperation with other departments / Project management (Each planning department and product department) 

4. Business cooperation examination consultation (within the company) Other business divisions and other companies in the group) 

5. Human resource development / Management development 

6. Market development 

7. Organization Building 

You will be entrusted with operations that greatly affect business development.

Treatment conditions and salary bonus

Estimated annual income: 8.7 million to 15 million yen
