Understand business strategies and define recruitment requirements and strategies for human resources and organizations
Clarify recruitment requirements through communication among internal stakeholders
Plan and execute recruitment activities through direct recruiting
Recruitment strategies and recruitment Analyze the process using numerical values and make improvements

About 3 years of recruitment work experience (regardless of business company or recruitment company)
