Job Description

As the Hotel Manager/Deputy Manager, you will be responsible for the operation of one hotel building. Pre-training and full-time SV practice and management support are also available, so you can challenge with confidence even if you are inexperienced. 

[Business description]

  • Hotel operation in general. 
  • Reservation reception by telephone or PC. 
  • Check-in service. 
  • Customer service such as breakfast by waiter. 
  • Easy accounting work. 
  • Employment, training and management of part-time staff. 

* Cleaning of rooms and linens exchanges are outsourced to suppliers.

[Daily flow (example)] 

  • 6:30-10:00 breakfast business. 
  • 10:00-12:00 sales summary/payment/cleaning instructions. 
  • 12:00-15:00 lunch/break. 
  • 15:00-24:00 reservation acceptance and check-in work. 

* Working time can be changed by coordinating with SV at any time by shifting part-time job. 

* Inquiries from customers after check-in are night corresponding center is acting as agent ..

Hiring requirements

[Mandatory requirements] 

Those who satisfy all of the following conditions: 

1. Being a male/female pair (provided that they can live together as a couple, friends, relatives, etc.) 

2. Being able to operate a PC (approximate: 140 characters or more in 3 minutes with Roman input Typing and excel) and common sense. 

3. Being able to work anywhere in the country. 

4. Being able to live and work in 1LDK in a hotel.

Treatment conditions / sales bonus

* The business consignment contract starts from the first day after the training is completed and the consignment store arrives. 

[Estimated remuneration] 

  • First year: 11 million yen + incentive. 
  • 2nd year: 11.5 million yen + incentive. 
  • 3rd year: 12 million yen + incentive. 
  • 4th year: 12 million yen + incentive + performance reward Same as above.

-Includes part-time job subsidies (varies depending on the number of rooms and the area where they are appointed 

* Minimum standard: 280,000 yen/month.) 

*Incentives are licensed (twice a year), other incentives *

-Hotel Award (100,000 yen), Fighting Award (30,000 yen), Management Quality Award (1st place 50,000 yen, 2nd place 3),(10,000 yen, 3rd place 20,000 yen).

-Best practice (gold 50,000 yen, silver 30,000 yen, copper 20,000 yen), etc.

Welfare

Two people in the hotel are fully equipped with 1LDK residence.

* Rent and water bills are paid by the company.

Payment of 8,000 yen per person during the training period.
