Job Description

As a dedicated HR specialist, the main mission is to support HR operations at each investee company.  

1. Recruitment support to support recruitment activities of recruitment start-up investment 

company management, recruitment public relations & operation design, career interview, recruitment, etc.  

2. Talent pool construction Contents planning and operation of “IF Talent Network” operated by the company Talent pool customer acquisition and nurturing necessary for startups, content dissemination of startup companies, etc. 

3. Dissemination of the appeal of event planning entrepreneurship and startup participation, and recruitment events by industry theme and job type to support referral recruitment of invitee companies Planning and management, planning and management such as meetups and study groups, and  other HR-related tasks necessary to increase the value of invests, human resource scouting, job interviews, job offers Businesses such as input may also occur.


Those who have any of the following experiences: 

1. Employment experience at a business company 

2. Corporate sales experience at a recruitment agency 

3. Experience in business operations such as referral recruitment, direct scouting, talent pool construction 

* We are looking for someone who wants to be involved as an HR professional in seed / early stage start-up support and growth support. 

Welcome Requirement

Those who have any of the following experiences: 

1. Experience in both sides of recruitment work ( it is better if you are in charge of a startup company) 

2. In startups and venture organizations, involved in recruitment as a playing manager Experience 

3. Employment consulting / HR organization consulting experience for startups and venture organizations
