As a health management consultant, you will propose to the company the company’s “Occupational physician advisory service”. You will also support both companies and industrial physicians.

2. An industrial physician advisory service
This is a service that provides suggestions for improving occupational health activities of companies through occupational physicians and provides opportunities for occupational physicians to become active physicians.
In recent years, an increasing number of companies are focusing on “health management”, which aims to improve corporate value and business performance by considering employee health management from a management perspective and strategically working with it. Is playing an increasingly important role.
On the other hand, about half of doctors with occupational physician qualifications do not actually have the opportunity to work as industrial physicians. In light of this situation, in July 2017 we launched the “Occupational Medical Advisor Service” in order to provide new value utilizing the company’s resources.
3. Specific operations
1) Company visits and service proposals
Inquiries are made mainly by companies, and the occupational health advisory service is proposed while listening to the current occupational health system and future prospects.
with doctors We will use the company’s doctor database to match up on deals acquired from companies.
3) Support for both companies and industrial physicians
After matching is established, as a contact / support person for both companies and occupational physicians, we participate in corporate hygiene committees together with industrial physicians and provide advice on post-checkup measures and the introduction and implementation of stress checks.
4) We will not stop the introduction of human health support personnel at client companies, but will continue to provide health support for employees of client companies together with industrial physicians.

・ We also support the acquisition of professional qualifications such as first-class hygiene managers and industrial counselors.
Those who meet all of the following requirements:
1. Two years of working experience
2. Experience in pursuing numerical targets by negotiating with customers such as sales and customer service sales
1. “IT” “Human Resources Industry” “Advertising Industry” Experience in planning
2. Experience in planning proposals in management planning, marketing, public relations
3. Experience in personnel and labor
Treatment conditions / sales bonus
Expected annual income: 4 million to 5 million yen
Monthly salary: 285,000 to 357,000 yen
* Salary includes 40 hours of fixed overtime (67,000 yen to 84,000 yen) (excess portion is paid separately)
Transportation expenses paid (Up to 35,000 yen per month)
