You will be in charge of a career advisor who matches farmers / agricultural corporations with those who want to work, and sales to farmers. 

1. About customers 

Frmers and agricultural companies are customers. 

2. Propose job postings on Aguri Navi for merchandise and match farmers / agricultural corporations with those who want to work.

We are developing various new agricultural businesses based on the concept of “connecting cities and agriculture”. Providing a platform to revitalize and improve agriculture by solving problems in Japan’s agricultural sector, which has many problems such as low farmer income, super-aging farmers, and a declining agricultural population This contributes to the development of Japanese agriculture.

TREATMENT CONDITIONS AND SALARY BONUS

Estimated annual income: 3 to 5 million yen * Salary is preferential according to company regulations according to experience and work content. 

Bonuses twice a year (June / December, paid based on performance and personal results), up and down pay twice a year (Performance review every 6 months), commuting allowance
