Job Description

Business Planning Division In the SalesPlanning Group, you will be responsible for all sales planning work. Amongthem, we will be mainly responsible for business improvement.

has been sharing the following business within the group, you will beresponsible for “1. business improvement” in it. 

1. Business improvement , grasping the current situation,identifying issues, identifying issues , studying, implementing ,operating, and looking back to improve productivity in therecruitment business ( 
2) Developing business improvement systems  
3 ) Developing customer management systems
4) Promoting sales reform initiatives 
5)Promotion of efforts to improvecontract unit price, etc. 

2. Sales promotion operations 
Creation of in-house sales supporttools 
Management of seminars forcorporations 
Distribution of regular serviceinformation emails 
Branding for corporationsetc. 

3. Customer development 
Planning and strategy for corporatecustomerdevelopment Planning 
Vendor negotiation / management,reflection, etc. 
* Practice development is outsourced to external vendors 

4.Research / Analysis 
Various research activities, mainlycorporate satisfaction surveys Analysis 
work for the above three points

TREATMENT CONDITIONS / SALES BONUS
Estimated annual salary: 4.8 million to 6.9million yen 
Monthly salary: 240,000 yen 
or more 
* Allowance for overtime hours: Separately paid for the above salary(Overtime pay is paid based on the actual situation; Is the estimatedamount when overtime is 40 hours / month. 

Salary increase, promotion, bonus: Scheduled twice a year (for managers, once ayear for promotion)
