Job Description

1. All of our staff members will work together with the management team to create an organization that feels like “I’m glad I joined the new continent!” And “I enjoy everyday work!”

・ Planning / strategy planning to hiring (new graduates / midway) to implementation / reform of personnel system , creation of operations / internal rules and various manuals, penetration activities / human resource education / training (strategy planning / training) etc.) communication support of the – management and staff and in-house management environment development for staff to work with a challenging and lively, etc.
