Job Description

You will be in charge of management consulting sales in the new business “Management Advisor Service”. 

1. About customers Customers with management and business issues are customers. Make proposals to managers and business managers. 

2. This is a problem-solving human resource service that introduces “management advisors” who possess advanced experience and skills in products. 

The target of the consultant varies from former managers / advanced managers / professionals with cutting-edge technology in each industry to large companies between the ages of 45 and 70. Based on the company’s database, which has the largest number of registered advisors in Japan, we propose the best human resources to solve customer issues. 

The dispatch of advisory personnel is usually a short-term project unit of several weeks to several months, so it is easy for customers to consider use and flexible proposals are possible. 

3. About the sales method and process As a partner of the client company management, we will perform matching of appropriate consulting personnel, project management, and problem solving. 

01) Problem extraction: Analyze current problems through appointments with management, site visits and interviews. 02) Goal setting-Advisor introduction: 

Image alignment of customers’ vision, gap analysis, formulation of necessary advisor requirements, matching. As a project, we will propose what kind of state will be realized by when. 03) Project management: Sharing the progress of the project and implementing improvement proposals. 

4. Value and social significance: As Japan enters the world’s fastest and declining birthrate and aging society, and more than 20,000 major executives retire every year, the business has a great social impact. In order to promote the social use of the knowledge of the elderly, we are also promoting projects jointly with the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare and local governments. 

・ Market: Although the potential market for this project is said to be 72 billion yen, there are only a few companies participating. Since we will continue to invest in the future, we can expect great growth potential and future prospects for our business. In addition, there is an environment where sales can open up new markets according to customer needs.

Hiring requirements

[Required requirements] 

Those who satisfy all of the following requirements: 

1. At least 2 years of corporate sales experience 

2. Those who voluntarily engage in various operations during the start-up period of business [Yes]

Treatment conditions / sales bonus

Planned annual salary: 4.7 million to 6.9 million yen, monthly salary of 300,000 or more (* Amount assumed when overtime work for 40 hours occurs), scheduled to be raised and promoted twice a year, bonus payment twice a year ( (December / December) (* Managers raise their salary only once a year)
