8名（男：5名　　女：3名）
平均年齢40歳くらい

海外仕入、海外生産拠点の新規開拓、品質管理、貿易事務を行っていただきます。
業務では読み・書き・メール・チャットなど英語を使用します。

【具体的な業務】
・タオル、ニット、バッグの海外工場との交渉、および海外工場の新規開拓 （東南アジア、南アジア）
※海外出張あります
・品質、納期、発注、価格管理およびクレーム対応、その他交渉
・海外仕入計上処理・海外送金・乙仲、税関対応、各種資料作成
・その他輸入仕入事務全般
※営業研修があります

【事業内容】
同社は、1986年からタオル・Tシャツなどの紡績品の生産を行っているメーカーです。

1.提供サービス
宿泊施設、リネン、医療機関等に向けた業務用のタオル、シャツ等の供給。

2.主な取り扱い製品
無燃糸タオル、シャーリングタオル、ベーシックタオル、サウナパンツ、浴衣、Tシャツ（レディース、オーダーメイド等）、トラベルセットその他。
Jリーグ、プロ野球チーム、2020東京オリンピック、サッカーワールドカップからのオーダーも相次ぎ、各種コンサート等のイベント向けも提供しています。

3.その他補足事項
中国に100%出資のタオル工場、合弁による製袋工場、100%専属生産契約によるニット工場、その他多数の中国上場、ベトナム、インド、バングラデシュ、パキスタンの生産委託工場を有しています。

従業員：700名/織機：160台/土地：20,000㎡
・中国遼寧省合弁製袋工場
従業員：100名/機品：巾着、ジッパーバッグ、その他の製袋機、各種印刷機
・中国ニット製品専属生産工場
従業員：500名/Trysail、他各種Tシャツ、館内着

4.主要顧客
ホテル、病院、温浴施設など、業務用タオルを使用している法人などがメイン顧客となります。

【必須要件】
下記全てを満たす方
1.メーカーまたは商社で2~3年以上の輸入貿易実務経験者 ※業界不問
2.ビジネスレベルの英語力（読み、書き、メール、チャットなど英語を使用します）
3.基本的なOAスキル（Excel・Word・Mailなど）
4.海外出張が苦にならない方（東南アジア、南アジアへの出張の可能性があります）

【待遇条件・昇給賞与】
１２ヶ月の契約社員を経て正社員登用予定です。

（モデル賃金）
基本年収　360万円
残業代　　　97万円（30時間/月×12ヶ月）
賞与　　　　40～70万円（年間）
報奨金　　　～50万円
合計想定年収　　～577万円

※係長に昇格すれば月3万円の手当てが発生しますので想定年収は600万円くらいになります。
※複数の報奨金制度があります。昨年は70万円近く獲得した者も居ります。

Job Description

You will be responsible for overseas procurement, new development of overseas production bases, quality control, and trade administration. 

Business uses English such as reading, writing, email and chat.

-Negotiations with overseas factories for towels, knitwear, bags, and new development of overseas factories (Southeast Asia, South Asia) 

* There are overseas business trips 

-Quality, delivery, ordering, price management and complaint handling, other negotiations 

・ Overseas purchase accounting processing ・ Overseas remittance ・ Otsunaka, customs correspondence, preparation of various materials 

・ Other import purchases in general

company’s sales experience is considered to be very useful for future purchase activities The

Treatment conditions / sales bonus

It is scheduled to be a full-time employee after a 12-month contract employee. 

Commuting and transportation expenses payment

Basic annual income 3.6 million yen 

Overtime pay 970,000 yen (30 hours / month x 12 months) 

Bonus 400 to 700,000 yen (annual) 

bounty-500,000 yen 

Total estimated annual income-5.77 million Yen 

* If you are promoted to chief, you will be paid 30,000 yen per month, so the estimated annual income will be about 6 million yen. 

* There are multiple bounty systems. Some people earned nearly 700,000 yen last year.
