【ポジション】
ICT全般企画業務担当

ICT全般の企画業務を担当していただきます。業務は適性に合う部分を担当し、技術改革の推進役としてタスクをリードします。

【ミッション】
本社および国内外グループ会社のITインフラ、ネットワーク、各種システムの方針、企画の提案を行い、各施策の導入・展開をタイムリーに行うことで連結目標の達成に貢献していただきます。

【具体的な業務】​
1. 次世代システムのグランド・デザイン策定への参加・提案
デジタルトランスフォーメーションを意識した次世代システムの、グランド・デザイン策定に参加し、提案を行います。
2. プロジェクトマネジメント
プロジェクト実施の際に、情報子会社と協力しながらプロジェクトマネジメントを行います。
3. クラウド実用化の実現計画
グローバルでのクラウドの実用化に向けて方針を明確に示し、実現計画を提案します。
4. セキュリティ施策の実現に向けた合意形成・リード
・セキュリティの分野におけるグローバルなボトムアップを進める上で、施策の優先順位付けに参加し、優先度の高い部分について実現に向けた合意形成を行います。
・情報子会社と協力し、ツール選定などの具体化をスケジュールし、タスクを共有することでリードします。
5. グループにおけるデジタルマーケティング、CRM活用業務
・ニーズの把握
・企業テンプレートの高度化に向けた提案、施策実施
6. IT担当者との情報交換推進
国内外のIT担当者との情報交換推進を担当し、グループ全体のリソース活用の促進に貢献します。

※グランド・デザイン：限られたシステム投資予算を最適に配分するためにシステム投資の方向性や計画を定めること

創業180年以上、技術系商社・独立系化学品専門商社として業界トップのシェアを誇る東証1部上場企業です。
化学品・合成樹脂・電子材料・化粧品・健康食品等の輸出・輸入及び国内販売をメイン事業としており、化学メーカー・化学品専門商社・総合商社すべての機能を持っています。

3.特徴
　全世界に100社強のグループ会社をもち、グローバルネットワークを誇るナガセグループでは、
　2015年実績では「海外売上高比率は50.7%」と海外事業の拡大をしております。
　また通常の商社だと利益率1％程度に対して、同社では技術系商社（自社のグループ会社でメーカー機能も保有）
　として利益率2％となっております。
　利益率が通常の商社の2倍となっている事も起因し、
　従業員への還元も行えることから「業界4位の平均年収」となっております。
　（平均年収：877万円※平成27年度）

4.今後の重点分野における強化事業
　1)バイオ関連技術を活用した分野
　事業の柱（株式会社林原）を持ち、今後引き続き強化していくステージ
　・林原製品の海外での販売体制の構築、代理店戦略による新規顧客の開拓
　・ナガセR&Dセンターの研究対象をバイオ技術の基盤技術開発と同技術の活用による製品・サービス開発に注力

　2)エレクトロニクス関連技術を活用した分野
　事業の核はあり、次の核が必要なステージ
　・スマートフォン・タブレット端末向けにグローバルな提案・調達活動により部材販売が好調に推移
　・中国の長瀬精細化工有限公司にて研究開発棟が稼働開始

　3)環境・エネルギー関連技術を活用した分野
　事業の核を模索しているステージ
　・太陽光発電のシステム販売は市場拡大により増加
　・キャプテックスのリチウム2次電池モジュールは市場・用途の合わせカスタマイズした開発を加速

企業を取り巻くICT（情報通信技術）の環境は、ここ数年で大きく変化しており、Digital Transformation（デジタルトランスフォーメーション）への取り組みが喫緊の課題となっています。これを強く推進するための体制強化として、企画力・提案力をもった経験者を募集します。

【必須要件】
英語力（TOEIC730点以上）をお持ちの方で、

かつ以下いずれかにおける実務経験が5年以上ある方
・ITコンサルタント、IT企業での実務経験
・一般企業のIT部門での実務経験

【尚可】
・SAPの導入、展開プロジェクトへの参加経験
・サーバー、ネットワークをはじめとしたシステム運用における、基本的な知識および経験

【待遇条件・昇給賞与】
想定年収：740万円～910万円

Job Description

You will be responsible for general ICT planning. The business is responsible for the part that suits the aptitude, and leads the task as a promoter of technological reform. 

[Mission] 
Proposals for IT infrastructure, network, various system policies and plans at the head office and Group companies in Japan and overseas will contribute to the achievement of the consolidated goals by implementing and implementing each measure in a timely manner. 

[Specific business] 
1. participation and proposals to the grand design development of next-generation system of next-generation systems with an awareness of digital transformation, participated in the grand design development, make a proposal. 
2. During project management project implementation, project management is performed in cooperation with an information subsidiary. 
3. Realization plan of cloud practical use We will clearly show the policy for the practical application of cloud globally and propose a realization plan. 
4. Participate in the prioritization of measures to promote global bottom-up in the field of consensus building, lead and security for the realization of security measures, and form consensus for the realization of high priority parts.
・ Lead by coordinating with information subsidiaries, scheduling materialization such as tool selection, and sharing tasks. 
5. Digital marketing in the group , understanding of CRM utilization work , needs, proposals for advanced corporate templates, implementation of measures .
6. Promotion of information exchange with IT personnel Promotion of information exchange with IT personnel in Japan and overseas And contribute to the promotion of resource utilization throughout the group. 

* Grand design: To determine the direction and plan of system investment to optimally allocate the limited system investment budget.

Hiring requirements

[Requirement] 

English force at If you have a (more TOEIC730 points), and below any work experience in more than five years a person 
, IT consultant, work experience in the IT companies working in the IT department of general and companies experience .
[preferably] 
・ Participation in SAP introduction and deployment projects .
・ Basic knowledge and experience in system operation including servers and networks .
* SAP: Business of a company issued by SAP in Germany ERP (Core Information System) package name for efficiency .
TREATMENT CONDITIONS AND SALARY BONUS
Expected annual income: 7.4 million yen to 9.1 million yen
