Job Description

Responsible for a series of operations from acquisition of properties related to new store openings of group companies to conclusion of contracts. 

[Specific operations] 

1. Collecting information on properties that can be opened 

2. Property research 

3. Identifying candidate stores that meet store opening standards 

4. Negotiations with owners of candidate store locations 

5. Rental conditions, lots, and construction Negotiations such as classification 

6. Procedures for adjustment and conclusion of contracts  

[Reward] 

1. The duties associated with opening a store are very responsible, and knowledge of real estate is also required, but when a store opens, a sense of accomplishment is felt Can get 

2. It will be challenging to learn about store development and to participate in store management. 

3. The amount of investment associated with opening a store may be tens of millions to hundreds of millions of yen, and sometimes tens of billions of yen. The responsibility to move that much is crucial, but you can engage in dynamic work that only a group company can do.

 Treatment conditions and salary bonus

Expected annual salary: 6 million to 8 million 

monthly salary: 400,000 to 550,000 yen 

* Since it is considered to have worked for 8 hours for employment as a supervisor, the following fixed overtime fee is included in the salary. 

・ Late night work overtime equivalent to 180 hours per month ¥ 87.73 million to ¥ 120,000 per month 

* Determined with sufficient consideration of ability, experience, previous salary, etc. 

Salary revision: Twice a year (January / July), Bonus twice a year (July / December), Commuting transportation expenses (up to 30,000 yen)
