Store QSC, business details, employee status, etc. through supervising and report to the sales headquarters.
Gather information through interviews with store employees. Understand fundamental issues in store operations.
Planning and operation of mystery shopping (customer-type sales audit).
[Improvement guidance to stores]
Report the results of business audits to the sales supervisor and store manager.
If store improvement is not progressing, improvement guidance may be provided directly.

Educate field employees about QSC judgment criteria
[ Surroundings of stores ]
Investigate competing stores, population, customer base, etc. Report to the responsible manager, store manager, and sales headquarters.

Treatment conditions / sales bonus
Bonus by quarterly evaluation system : Twice a year (July / December)
