Job Description

■ Let us handle in-house SE operations at our rapidly growing company. Currently, the members of partner companies are in charge of the work individually, but first grasp and organize these current situations. 

The number of full-time employees will be increased, so please perform internal SE work with these members. 

Internal infrastructure has already been built, but since the company-wide organization is rapidly expanding, it is expected to have a wide range of activities, such as infrastructure expansion support and planning to introduce and operate to improve convenience. 

[Specifically] 

・ PC kitting 

・ Infrastructure construction 

・ Team management (5 to 10 people) 

・ Planning, introduction and operation of new services, in-house systems, and in-house portal sites used throughout the company

自社メディアを使った成果報酬型の集客代行事業などを展開する、webマーケティング会社です。
個人の方向けに各種情報サイトを運営し、関連するウェブサイトへの送客を行なっています。
（例：転職情報サイト→転職エージェントのサイト）

2.主力製品・サービス
美容サイトの「エピカワ」、転職情報サイトの「HOP!」や「ココナス」など、自社メディアを複数運営しています。直接にユーザーにインタビューしてメディアの改善を行うなど、利用者の声を大切に運営しています。
