Job Description

Resident in the customer’s information system department, responsible for the operation of information systems (help desk, account management, terminal support, etc.).

1. Issuing accounts and granting privileges in a Windows domain environment 

2. Issuing email accounts and creating and adding new mailboxes 

3. Granting privileges for SharePoint Online 

4. Inquiry about PC operation and settings 

5. Inquiries regarding Office 365 (G Suite) settings 

6. Inquiries regarding the use of Skype for Business / Yammer / Microsoft Teams / Slack 

7. In-house infrastructure troubleshooting , problem isolation , vendor arrangement, etc. 

8. Procurement of OA equipment / PC ・ Multifunction devices , projectors , telephones, etc. * Technology used by each company varies.

Hiring requirements

1. Person who has experience as a person in charge of the information system department (either in-house or outsourcing is acceptable) 

2. Person who has experience as an operator at the help desk 

3. IT-related Those who have experience in explaining products and after- sales support [Preferable] 

1. Those who have experience in creating FAQs, workflows and manuals 

2. Those who are familiar with Microsoft products.

Treatment conditions / sales bonus

Expected annual income: 4 million yen to 6.7 million yen
