【配属部署】
関東エリアの店舗に配属　※ご希望を考慮します

携帯電話ショップにて、来店した顧客に対し接客サービス全般（販売・契約事務・アプリサービス）を行っていただきます。
販売業務に慣れてきたら、店舗づくりも行っていただきます。

携帯電話の販売を中心に法人営業、店舗営業の2つの事業を主軸としている会社で、
全国に500を超える携帯電話ショップ・法人営業所を展開しています。

1.主力サービス
　1）店舗営業
　　携帯電話の販売代理店として、auショップやSoftBankショップ、docomoショップ、
　　Y!mobileショップでの携帯電話販売・サービスを提供。
　　メーカーなどの系列に属さない「独立系」販売代理店として、
　　あらゆるキャリア（通信会社）に対応しています。
　
　2）法人営業
　　情報通信を軸とした様々な企業向けソリューション（法人携帯をはじめ、
　　各種通信設備や機器、システム）の提供や、通信環境のコンサルティングに始まり、
　　携帯や電話回線の手配代行、工事から保守サービスに至るまで全てをワンストップで提供。

2.収益モデル
　1）個人顧客からの携帯電話販売による収益
　2）法人企業からの通信環境コンサルティングによる収益

　創業は1979年。1985年の電気通信自由化以降は、法人（BtoB）及び個人（BtoC）向けの
　通信事業に特化してサービスを展開しており、全国463の店舗数（2017/3時点）からなる

　また法人向け事業では新商品の開発や新規事業所展開をスピーディに進めています。

4.外国籍の場合：日本語能力検定1級（日本語能力検定1級がない場合、契約業務の対応は難しいため）

【待遇条件・昇給賞与】
想定年収：281万円～317万円
想定月給：202,200円～232,200円（固定残業手当および住宅地域手当を含む）

【年収構成】
月給（月額給与＋住宅地域手当）×12か月分＋賞与（夏季・冬季）

【各手当について】
固定残業手当：月30時間相当分、月34,800円を職務手当として支給（超過した時間外労働の残業手当は追加支給）
住宅地域手当：居住地域・世帯主区分によって金額が異なる（月10,000～40,000円 ※東京23区内居住の場合：月給222,200円～232,200円 ）
※住宅地域手当の18%分および職務手当は月30時間分の残業手当として支給し、残業の有無にかかわらず定額支給となります。よって時間外勤務手当の算定基礎となるのは残りの82%相当分です。

【その他】
賞与年2回（6月・12月）、試用期間あり（3カ月～最長6カ月間、給与条件など変更なし）、交通費全額支給（一部社内規定あり）

Treatment conditions / sales bonus

Estimated annual salary: 2.81 million to 3.17 million yen. 

Estimated monthly salary: 202,200 to 232,200 yen (including fixed overtime allowance and residential area allowance).

Monthly salary (monthly salary + residential area allowance) x 12 months + bonus.

[ Summer and winter ]

 [About each allowance] 

Fixed overtime allowance: 30 hours a month, 34,800 yen a month as work allowance (additional overtime allowance for excess overtime work).

Housing area allowance: Residential area / head of household Depending on the amount of money (10,000 to 40,000 yen per month * If you live in Tokyo 23 wards: monthly salary 222,200 to 232,200 yen). 

* 18% of the residential area allowance and work allowance will be paid as overtime allowance for 30 hours per month. Regardless of whether or not there is a fixed payment. Therefore, the remaining 82% equivalent is the basis for calculating overtime allowance. 

[Others] 

Bonus twice a year (June / December), trial period (3 months up to 6 months, salary conditions etc. unchanged), full payment of transportation expenses (some internal regulations apply).
