Job Description

In the outsourcing business of HR /Labor, we provide services as a member of customer service and projectmanagement. The cloud-based personnel system “EHR” is used to support theadministrative and professional duties (time management, payroll, social insuranceprocedures, etc.) of the human resources department of customers. 

[Concrete operations] 
1. Perform the following operations as a customeroperation manager. 
Salary processing business 
Social insurance procedure business 
Human resources business 
※ In the future, you will become a project manager who will coordinate with thecustomer while communicating with the customer as a contact point for existingcustomers. 
2. Supporting HR issues as a customer partner 

Involved in various events that occurin HR, we will run parallel to solve them. 
3. Contribute to improving customer internal productivity 
We will consider more optimal processes, including the use of RPA (robotautomation).

This is a comprehensive HR system developed in 2001 by condensing the know-howcultivated by outsourcing. It has already been installed by over 600companies in total, and has been adopted by 60 companies in the outsourcing ofpersonnel and labor management.

It is a highly specialized job that always exists in anycompany. Evenif you do not have labor knowledge, you can use your business design /operation design experience. In addition, responding to customer requestsbroadens the scope of work and allows you to grow.
We also undertake work that has taken many steps fromconventional labor outsourcing work, such as participation in personnel systemand core system renovation of thousands of large companies suchas major card companies and system vendors. Attempts are being made toexpand the scope of business by accumulating abilities and experiences thatdiffer from conventional work for both departments and individuals. 
The attention from the country and thepublic, such as work style reform, has increased compared to thepast. With regard to issues such as the Thirty-six Agreements, customerscan acquire legal knowledge and system knowledge through the business for theclient companies to perform business operations legally and smoothly byutilizing the EHR system. Projects are highly sustainable because they areless susceptible to market conditions. 
Because the business cycle is fixed (eg monthly cycle forpayroll, annual work such as year-end adjustment), it is easy toplan work and private. The return rate from maternity leave and maternityleave is 100% for the entire company, and some employees work shorterhours. 
[About training]

The division has an in-housetraining called Labor Academy, and other training is being developed to acquireknow-how. After joining the company, students will take classes asnecessary.


TREATMENT CONDITIONS / SALES BONUS
Expected annual income: 3.6 million to 4.6million yen * Determined according to company regulations, taking into accountexperience and ability. 
Monthly salary: 190,000 yen – 240,000 yen 
regardless of the presence or absence of overtime, uniform paid as overtimeexpected allowance up to 45 hours a month 
overtime and late-night work allowance more than ※ 45 hours full payment raise: twice a year HR Determined by appraisal, bonus twice a year (July /December), full payment of transportation expenses
