1.Web広告・SEOを活用した集客、サイトのUI・UX改善のディレクション
入社後しばらくはリーダーの指導のもと、担当サービにおける Web広告・SEOを活用した集客、サイトのUI・UX改善のディレクションを行います。
2. 各サービスの集客を中心とするマーケティング施策推進
3. サイトの改善企画および制作ディレクション

同社は医療関連のビジネスを展開している東証一部上場企業2社（エムスリー株式会社、株式会社エス・エム・エス）がそれぞれの強みを集結させたジョイントベンチャーです。
主に、医師・薬剤師に向けたキャリアサービスを展開しています。

1.主力サービス
1)人材紹介・求人広告
転職を希望する医師、薬剤師と採用ニーズのある医療機関をつなぐサービスです。

2)医療コンサルティング
医療機関の採用に関する課題を解決するため、新規事業を含めたコンサルティングを行っています。

1)人材紹介や求人広告での収益（スポット型の収益）
2)医療機関へのコンサルティングでの収益（ストック型の収益）

【待遇条件・昇給賞与】
想定年収：400万円～500万円
月給：28.5万円～35.7万円
給与には40時間分の固定残業代 6.72万円～8.4万円を含む（超過分は別途支給）

交通費支給（月35,000円まで）

A comprehensive career change support site for doctors. In addition to matching by work location and specialized subjects, facilities can be searched by theme according to the needs of doctors, and a full range of full-time, regular part-time jobs, and spots are available. 

This is a hospital information site for doctors based on the concept of “career support that is different than before”. In addition to basic information on about 8,500 hospitals nationwide, cross-tabulates official data such as DPC, map data, and word-of-mouth information received from m3.com physician members in the secondary medical zone. Factors such as work-life balance and human relationships, which have been difficult to grasp, can be digitized so that the hospital’s unique strengths and attractiveness can be grasped in three dimensions.

Hiring requirements

Treatment conditions and salary bonus

– Estimated annual income: 4 million yen to 5 million yen 

– Monthly salary: 285,000 yen to 357,000 yen 

Salary includes 40 hours of fixed overtime allowance of 672,000 yen to 84,000 yen (excess portion is provided separately)
