【仕事概要】
あなたにお任せするのは、当社のブランド「パールレディ」「スイーツパールレディ」「茶BAR」「TEA18」のいずれかの店舗での接客・販売のお仕事です。
接客へのアドバイスや育成は主に店長が行いますが、他の社員がその役割を手伝うことも。アルバイトスタッフたちのお姉さんのような存在としてお店づくりをお願いします。

◆店頭での注文対応・レジ業務
◆タピオカドリンクなど商品の調理・仕込み
◆その他(在庫管理・スタッフのシフト管理・スタッフ育成など)

Job Description

[Outline of work] 

You will be entrusted to customer service and sales at one of our brands “Pearl Lady”, “Sweets Pearl Lady”, “Brown Bar” and “TEA18”. 

The store manager mainly gives advice and training for customer service, but other employees can help with that role. I would like you to create a store as being an older sister of part-time staff. 

[Details of work] 

◆ Order handling at stores 

・ Cash register 

◆ Cooking and preparation of products such as tapioca drinks 

◆ Others (Inventory management, staff shift management, staff development, etc.) 

[About working brands] 

◆ Pearl Lady / Sweets Pearl Lady 

Tapioca And crepe specialty store. It is a popular brand among junior and senior high school students. 

◆ Tea BAR 

A tea and tapioca specialty store with the motto “Nomu, Kamu, and Fun”. 

◆ TEA18 

A tea specialty shop mainly in Taiwan, China and the United States.

Hiring requirements

None

Treatment conditions / sales bonus

– Annual salary increase 

– Bonus twice a year (2 months last fiscal year)
