Job Description

You will be mainly responsible for the design, construction and operation of the infrastructure of our SaaS service developed in-house, as well as planning / requirement definition and design for new functional services. 

■ Responsible service: 

“Easy checkout” and “Easy labor (new service released this year)” 

■ Responsible work 

* Parts of work differ depending on the responsible service 

・ Planning / requirement definition / design for new functional services 

・ Design / construction of infrastructure requirements for launching new services (easy labor) 

・ Every day of SaaS service infrastructure management, operation maintenance , operational improvement of own system, security management, etc. 

 ( Promote proactive response based on data analysis based on the system status that changes every day.) 

・ Examination of technology adopted by the company 

 (Investigation and introduction of new technology to survive in the IT industry )  

■ technical environment 

· OS: Linux, Unix 

· Web: Apache, Tomcat 

· DB: Mysql, PostgreSQL 

· NW: Firewall (manufacturer regardless), regardless of the load balancer (manufacturer), Cisco 

· DevOps Related 

cloud: AWS / OSS design, implementation, operation (Elastic Search, Kibana, fluentd, nginx, qmail, Ansible, etc.) 

[ Characteristics of this position] 

◎ Worked consistently from upstream process (planning and requirement definition). 

Product VU is performed once every three months. (Promoting the project with the business side team and product planning team) From the service planning, such as “What kind of new machine will be created” to the development environment construction, such as “What is the optimal technology environment in that?” Can be involved. 

◎ There are also opportunities to be involved in launching new services according to technical capabilities and requests. 

◎ We are also actively rotating our service. 

I’m tired of being in charge of only one service, so I’m trying to create a place where I can be engaged in other than easy checkout and easy labor. 

We will expand the range, including Blastmail, a group company, and other new services that will be added in the future. 

◎ The company recommends that you actively participate in internal and external study sessions. 

(About twice a month for the infrastructure team and once a month in collaboration with the development team) 

・ Once every three months, technical events such as “RAKUS Meetup Tokyo” are held to invite external engineers. 

・ Beer bash is conducted once a month. While pinching pizza and drinking beer, we give presentations / questions and answers up to about 15 minutes. 

・ It is conducted with a very light glue and serves as a place for younger presentations and output practice. 

・ In addition, in order to catch new technologies and the latest trends that cannot be learned by the company alone, the company recommends that you actively participate in external study sessions (including paid seminars).
